Semalam daddy dah mengamuk sakan kat staff Maxis. To me, daddy dah bersabar lebih 2 weeks so memang as customer dia ada hak pertahankan hak dia. Betul juga kata daddy, statement staff Maxis tu salah, dia bukan nak tolong customer tapi itu memang kerja dia as staff Maxis.
Daddy dah migrate dari Celcom to Maxis without getting iPhone 4. As usual, promised to deliver in 2 weeks time. After 2 weeks, then only you mentioned he need to pay RMxxxx to PB. Yang daddy plak have to activate BB with extra charge from Maxis. Adil ke?
Aku pun nak soal sikit Maxis, you cannot give the iPhone4 on the same day we register at Menara Maxis. But you activate my new Maxis sim card in 3-5 working days. This means that you bill me what I'm not using, data service, freely for this month.
Boleh bawa ke Tribunal Pengguna tak?
