Breakfast as early as 6.20 a.m.

I had this for my breakfast, simple and fast to made for myself...hehhehe

While my husband had corn flakes with K factor (some sort like diet flakes) for his stomach..hehheh..


with low fat milk to chew until last slurrrrppppppppp....



And me..bring a bottle of soya bean milk to office, hope to get whiter baby in near future...hehhehehehheh...milk can make me feeling "full" instantly.
